Fernanda Martin

Chief Executive Officer

Fernanda Martin is the CEO of Elevex Immigration, a specialist in U.S. immigration visas, a Certified Public Translator, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Culture and a Diploma in U.S. Immigration Law.

Throughout her career she has worked in international environments at the intersection of law, institutional communication, and global cooperation. She participated in the drafting, translation, and editing of institutional documents during W20 Argentina 2018, an official engagement group of the G20, and contributed to humanitarian initiatives during the European migrant crisis in Calais, France.

She later worked on the strategic development and structuring of immigration petitions filed before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) within one of the most recognized immigration law firms internationally, where she also led training and professional development programs for teams specializing in legal writing and evidence analysis.

At Elevex, she leads the institutional strategy, including communication, brand positioning, client experience, and organizational growth, with the goal of transforming professional careers into clear, persuasive, and strategically structured immigration petitions.

A strategic immigration framework designed to support your growth

At Elevex, we do not present generic cases.
Each petition is developed as a strategic project, aligning your profile, impact, and long-term goals with U.S. immigration law.

We do not treat your case as a simple administrative procedure.
We approach it as a professional positioning strategy.

The Elevex NIW Method is a system designed to analyze, structure, and present professional profiles according to the criteria used by the U.S. government to evaluate National Interest Waiver petitions.

Through this process, we transform your career trajectory into a clear, persuasive, and strategically argued petition.

Discuss your eligibility for EB-2 NIW, explore other visa options, and receive clarity about the current U.S. immigration landscape.

Not ready to file yet? Start preparing your case now and build a complete documentation file to move forward when the time is right.

Ready to take the next step? We will find the strategy that best fits your profile: you can move forward as a self-petitioner or with representation from a U.S.-licensed attorney. We offer fixed fees as well as installment options. Our priority is for you to feel confident taking that step. We will define the rest together during the meeting. See you there!
